Google Drive works well for your files. But if the list of documents to collect, client answers and follow-ups still live in email, Meo adds organized collection: a reusable request, clearly named items and shared tracking for the team.
You keep Drive for your team’s work. Meo handles what you need from the client before work starts, including the agreement to sign. Unlimited signatures are included in every plan.
What Meo adds to your current work
| Your work around Drive | What Meo adds |
|---|---|
| Rewriting the list in email | A request template |
| Finding answers in email | Documents and answers together |
| Preparing individual follow-ups | Missing-item tracking and reminders |
A project start you can reuse
Consider a fictional example: an agency is preparing a campaign for a new client. The project lead needs the brand guide, contact details for the person approving content and a signed agreement. They want the creative team to have the right inputs before starting.
In Meo, the lead creates a kickoff request with those items and saves it as a template. For the next client, they reuse the structure and adjust the documents and participants. The list and instructions are already in the request.
The client opens their link and enters a code without creating an account. The brand guide is uploaded into the request, the contact details are provided in the same place and the signer gets their own link. The project lead sees what arrived and what is still outstanding.
They set reminder frequency and limits. Meo sends reminders based on required items still outstanding, then stops when everything is received or the stopping condition is met. A colleague with access to the client file finds the same request and answers without reconstructing the exchange.

From the Meo request to the production folder
The project lead reviews the brand guide and the received information. They download the files needed, including the signed PDF, then upload them to the production folder in Drive. This transfer is manual; Meo does not automatically sync files with Drive. The creative team can then work from the reviewed files in its usual Drive folder.
