All questionsDoes meo replace my project management tool?
No. meo collects your clients’ content, files and access details, next to your project tools. You download a folder or a file whenever you need it.
Should I ask my client for passwords?
As little as possible: first ask them to add you as a user of their accounts. Your request has them name the platforms, with no password. When an access really must be shared, it arrives in an encrypted block, and every reveal is recorded in the log.
Can my client send their content in several goes?
Yes. They upload what they have, then come back through the same link: anything not yet submitted is kept for 30 days. Reminders list only what is missing.
Does my client need an account?
No. They receive a link by email or text message, enter a one-time code and drop their content on a page in your name, from their computer or their phone.
