Do my clients need to create an account?

No. They open your request’s secure link and verify their access with a code sent by email or SMS. They can then submit the requested items.

What can I request from clients?

Documents, information, statements to accept and electronic signatures, in a single request. You can also hand out documents to download.

How do reminders work?

You choose the frequency, number of reminders and stopping condition. meo then handles the follow-ups you configured. Signatures have their own reminder schedule.

Can I separate my teams’ client files?

Yes. Spaces hold their own contacts and documents, with appropriate access. Choose the plan and number of spaces that suit your organization.

Can I reuse a request?

Yes. Save a request as a template and reuse it for every new client. Templates are shared across your organization.
