The financing deadline is short.meo follows up with the borrower for you.
One request per file, one card per borrower: pay stubs, notices of assessment, bank statements and, if you do not meet them in person, two pieces of ID. The due date shows in their link, meo reminds them every two days if needed, and the lender’s conditions are added to the same request.
One request per mortgage. You see what is missing, per borrower.

Frequently asked questions
All questionsDoes meo replace my brokerage software?
No. meo collects, files and keeps your borrowers’ documents and details, next to your software. It is connected neither to lenders nor to your submission software: you download the documents and send them on as you do today. Your team and your borrowers use it in French or in English.
What about the lender’s conditions?
Keep the portal open. When the lender sets its conditions, you add them to the same request with Edit: the borrower is told about the new items and uploads them through the same link.
What about a borrower I never meet?
The AMF then recommends checking two pieces of ID and keeping a copy in the client file. Ask for them in the same link: they arrive dated and encrypted at rest. The verification itself remains yours.
