Frequently asked questions
All questionsDoes meo work alongside my booking software?
Yes. meo collects and keeps your travellers’ documents and details, next to your booking software. You download a file or a document whenever you need it.
Can I send the same request to a whole group?
Yes. Put a tag on your travellers, then choose Group send in the request: each participant receives an identical request, with their own link and their own file, up to 500 participants per send. You follow the group from one page, and a traveller added after the send gets the same request in one click.
What about a family travelling together?
A request can also include several travellers together: each one gets their own link and items, and you choose which file the documents are filed in.
Is it compliant to collect a credit card with meo?
Yes. The card is entered and kept by PCI Booking, a service provider assessed compliant with PCI DSS at level 1, the highest. You choose how long to keep it, up to 12 months, and meo deletes it when that time is up. Your agency keeps its own obligations, greatly reduced by this choice.
Can I enter a card I received over the phone myself?
Yes. In the contact’s record, you enter it in the same secure form, and it follows the same rules: at most 50 displays, deleted on its date or as soon as you decide.
Does my traveller need an account?
No. They receive a link by email or text message, enter a one-time code and drop their documents from their phone or computer, on a page in French or English.
