Your client has agreed to move forward. Now you need the documents and information to start. With Meo, send one request carrying your name and logo, then track the documents and signatures expected from each person.

Everyone receives a personal link, with no account to create. Your main contact no longer has to collect colleagues’ files and signatures. You can see what is missing before setting aside time for the first deliverable.

Ask for what you need to start

In this fictional website redesign, Sophie handles marketing and Marc signs the agreement. The agency wants to prepare a first homepage mockup. It asks for that page’s content now; copy for the other pages can come later.

Required: current logo in SVG or PNG Sophie
Required: approved homepage copy Sophie
Required: agreement to sign Marc
Optional: two websites for inspiration Sophie

The inspiration sites could help with the design, but their absence should not delay this first mockup. Mark them as optional in Meo so they do not trigger reminders.

An invitation that explains what happens next

Hello Sophie and Marc,
We are preparing the first mockup of your homepage. Please complete your part of the request by October 16. Each of you will receive a personal link; no account is needed.
We will review the items received, then confirm the start date. If you expect a delay, reply to this email before the deadline so we can agree on a new date together.

Agree on a realistic date with the client: at the deadline, an incomplete portal closes, reminders stop and your team is notified.

Follow up with the right person, then confirm the start

For this request, choose reminders until all required items are complete, with the frequency and maximum number that suit you. Each person receives an email listing what they still need to provide or sign. Once Sophie is done, Meo can still remind Marc to sign without going through her.

Save this request as a template for the next project of the same type. You can reuse the list and adapt it to the first deliverable agreed with that client.

Once the required items arrive, your team checks that the logo is usable, the copy works for the mockup and the agreement is signed. You can then confirm the start with the material needed to work, even if Sophie has not sent any inspiration sites.
