Request items

An item is a single thing you ask of your client, or hand to them, in a request. A request holds as many items as you need, in the order you choose, and each person sees in their portal the ones assigned to them.

Item	What your client does
Document type	They upload a file.
Information block	They answer questions.
Statement	They accept a text.
Signature document	They sign a PDF.
Handout	They download a file you give them.

You create an item for a single request, under Create for this request, or you save it to your catalogue to reuse it. meo’s catalogue also offers ready-to-use items, marked Provided by Meo.
