Organisation, spaces and users

In meo, your firm is an organisation. The organisation groups your spaces. Each space holds its own contacts, documents, requests and tasks, with the public name and logo your clients see.

The people on your team are users. Each has their own account. For each user, you choose two things:

• the scope: the whole organisation, meaning every current and future space, or only some spaces;
• the role: administrator, editor or viewer.

A person only sees the spaces they have access to.

• Create a space
• Invite a user into the organisation or into a space
• Organisation access or space access
• Move a user to another space
• Check who has access to each space
• Switch from one space to another
